As one of Indonesia’s most respected eco-friendly PADI Five Star Instructor Development Dive Resorts, and the winner of multiple international sustainability and conservation awards – including the prestigious BlueGreen360 Dive Operator of the Year – we are committed to building a brighter future for our oceans and our communities.

What’s on Offer?

We are looking for motivated Indonesian citizens (minimum high school education) to join us for a 12-month all-inclusive PADI Divemaster training program, followed by a 12+ month full-time employment contract as part of our professional dive team.

This isn’t just dive training – it’s a career pathway in marine tourism and conservation. You’ll gain world-class professional scuba training while working alongside our passionate team of instructors and marine biologists. You’ll also take an active role in our conservation programs, including coral restoration, reef health monitoring, marine debris surveys, and community outreach projects.

 

Scholarship Benefits

• All training costs covered (materials, PADI fees, gear rental).

• Indonesian citizens, 18+ years old.
• Strong interest in scuba diving, conservation, and the marine environment.
• Confident swimmer and eager learner.
• Basic English language skills are a plus.
• Team players committed to a 24-month journey of learning and growth.
