Dear friends, partners and colleagues.
Changes are afoot at Ceningan Divers and Ceningan Resort.
As you know, our diving and eco resort were founded in 2015. These projects came out of the shared vision of 4 individuals who had a similar passion for diving, conservation and eco-focused initiatives. Over the past 3 years, our team worked tirelessly to build what is recognized today as an award-winning sustainable and eco-oriented PADI 5* Dive Resort. It has been an amazing experience, we are proud of what we achieved together.
As of July 7th 2018, our co-founding partners Arkadii and Victoria, are officially no more a part of PT. Nusa Ceningan Resort and PT. Nusa Ceningan Divers. They resigned their positions as Directors in the company on June 1st 2018. Since then, we have been working on their exit and transition from our operation. On behalf of all of our team, we wish them great success in their future endeavours.
What does this mean for PT Nusa Ceningan Divers and PT Nusa Ceningan Resort?
Things will continue more or less the same for this year. We have been planning this transition for several months now. Together, Sandra and Robert have been working with the team to ensure our operation continues to meet our guests’ expectations. Our local managers and team leaders have stepped up to the challenge and together we defined our goals and we are working on our global vision for the future.
Our team remains committed to the values we set for our dive resort. We are passionate educators, travellers and we believe whole heartedly that the world can be a better place through individual and collective actions. We will focus on the mission we set for ourselves which is to build a safe and welcoming, eco minded dive resort for our guests and peers to enjoy.
Sandra will continue to manage the diving operation as President Director of Ceningan Divers. Her dedication to mentoring our guests and dive team, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction will remain her main focus as we expend our diving facilities in the coming months.
Robert will continue to manage the resort operation as President Director of Ceningan Resort. We have several projects in the pipeline and he will focus on these while working with the team to bring new offerings to life.
In order to meet our new goals and support our transitional needs, we have been working with new investing partners. For the time being, David and Lea will not be taking on an active role in the day to day operation, however their skills and expertise will be on hand to support our team as needed.
