Ceningan Divers and Ceningan Resort require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
We cannot guarantee your reservation until your payment has been received.Â
For standard bookings, pay the balance on arrival.
For discounted or promo rates, full payment is required 14 days before arrival to keep the special price.
We strongly recommend you take trip protection insurance to ensure you do not incur any financial loss.

What if I have to cancel my trip?
You can postpone your upcoming trip to another date one time.
As long as we have availability for the new dates, we will apply 100% of the deposit we received to your new dates.
Travel to the resort needs to be within 12 months of the original booking date.Â
If you wish to claim the loss on your credit card or travel insurance, we will offer you a letter of cancellation. You will forfeit your deposit with us.

Pay Your Deposit via PayPal, Wise, Xendit, or Bank Transfer
PayPal – You can pay your deposit using a PayPal invoice with your credit or debit card.
Please note: PayPal applies a 4.5% transaction fee on international transfers, and currency conversion is subject to an exchange rate markup of approximately 2.5%.
Wise – Wise allows you to make a direct transfer in IDR to our Indonesian bank account with low fees and competitive exchange rates.
Xendit – Through Xendit, we accept instant local payments in Indonesia, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and QRIS. A simple, fast, and secure option for domestic payments.
Bank Transfer – We also accept manual bank transfers to our Indonesian account. Banking details will be provided upon request. Please ensure that any transaction or service fees are covered by the sender.

If you cancel a course due to illness or personal reasons at any point during the course, a referral form will be issued and you will be charged the following fees:
Open Water Diver Course:
2,000,000Rp per dayÂ
900,000Rp for the PADI Course Materials
Continuing Education Courses:
Price of course minus the PADI Course Materials divided by the number of days left on the course.

Diving and Snorkelling Cancellation Policy
Once you have commenced your stay any cancellation of pre-booked activities will result in the full activity cost being charged. Please be aware that if the activity was pre-paid, refunds will not be provided.

The minimum age limit is 8 years of age.
Children must always be under adult (parent) supervision. (i.e.: minor children not participating in diving or other scheduled program activities must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
For children ages under the age of 16 who wish to stay in a Bungalow without their parent or Guardian sharing , but sharing with another guest, written parental permission stating who the roommate is will be required.
When a room is occupied by two children ages (12-16), the parents must be in an adjacent room.
The minimum age limit to participate in Scuba Diving Activities is 8 years of age.
Ceningan Divers and Ceningan Resort recognizes that privacy is important. We would like to ensure our customers that any data collected during the payment process and during the course of email communications will not be used for any other purpose. Your data will not be disclosed to any third party other than those directly involved in the payment and booking processes.
Before your journey to Indonesia, ensure that your passport has a validity of at least 6 months and contains a minimum of 3 blank visa pages for your entry into the country.
Please note that some nationalities require a Visa on Arrival, which can be obtained upon your arrival in Indonesia for a fee of USD $35. We strongly advise you to verify your passport’s validity well in advance of your departure from your home country. The Visa on Arrival allows a stay of 30 days, so please plan your visit accordingly.
We recommend carrying Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with you. It’s advisable to exchange foreign currency in South Bali, as exchanging it outside major cities can be challenging.
 Diving and Health Insurance are mandatory for your safety and well-being.
DAN offers comprehensive short-term dive accident coverage which you can get through us on site. Additionally, you should have insurance that covers medical treatment. It’s essential to understand that Ceningan Divers and our team cannot assume responsibility for any expenses incurred due to inadequate medical insurance coverage.
