Ceningan Divers and Ceningan Resort require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
We cannot guarantee your reservation until your payment has been received.
The remaining balance is due on arrival at the resort.
We strongly recommend you take trip protection insurance to ensure you do not incur any financial loss.
What if I have to cancel my trip?
You can postpone your upcoming trip to another date one time.
As long as we have availability for the new dates, we will apply 100% of the deposit we received to your new dates.
Travel to the resort needs to be within 18 months of the original booking date.
If you wish to claim the loss on your credit card or travel insurance, we will offer you a letter of cancellation. You will forfeit your deposit with us.
Pay your deposit through PayPal or Wise
We offer the option to pay the deposit through a PayPal invoice or via Wise.com.
PayPal offers a secure way of paying the invoice we send you with your credit card. PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee on all International transfers and the currency conversion rate is done at an exchange rate of approximately 2.5%.
With Wise, you can make a payment in IDR directly to our Bank Account.
